I had a tasty meal at Table 8 last night. The grilled cheese appetizer filled with shredded beef rib was decadent! Off the menu we ordered the Porterhouse steak. It is baked in a thick layer of sea salt with spices, just like the Spanish do with Dorada. I highly recommend this dish.
The staff mentioned they are closing the space at the end of this month and moving down the street to Melrose and Crescent Heights where Chocolat now resides. The present location will turn into a hamburger and beer joint like Father's Office called 8 Ounces. Love the name.
