Take A Bao's Chinese Chicken Salad, in gargantuan Westfield Century City mall gets thumbs up. Thoroughly satisfying, it has grilled chicken breast, napa cabbage, romaine lettuce, radicchio, red onions, pickled carrots, cilantro, toasted almonds, sesame seeds, wonton strips, crispy rice noodles and sesame ginger dressing. The portion is big enough to serve two people, so at $9.95 it's a deal. Thanks to Debbie for the recommendation. Do I dare admit that I didn't even try their Bao, a modern twist on classic Dim Sum and which Take A Bao claims they've "reached new levels of gastronomic bliss."
