Thank you for sharing your passion with the world, for taking risks, being authentic, going after your dream.  Thank you for the delicious recipes, inspiring me and so many others, endless hours of edutainment.  Thank you for the souffle and so many other delectable treats.  In my mind, August 15th is Julia Child Day.  Happy Birthday.
