O! ( No Don't Bother) Burger in West Hollywood

I stumbled into O! Burger on Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood purely by accident. I was looking for Tender Greens new location in Weho and went a little too far East. By the time I realized my mistake, I'd already parked the car in the parking lot. When I saw O! Burger across the street I decided to give it a go.

Everything at O!Burger is completely organic, brownie points for that. Often when restaurants go out of their way to use organic ingredients the natural flavor shines through. I ordered the O! Combo ($10.99): any burger, small fries or salad, and an iced tea and was disappointed with my lunch. The cheeseburger and fries were average, nothing (at all) special, just an overpriced, bland burger and fries.

I felt the same way about the mehness of O! Burger -- though I will give it props for having one of the better housemade veggie burgers in town. And of course, any folks who don't have school cafeteria nightmares of crinkle cut fries would like this place too.

Sorry, I personally disagree. I consider O!burger packed with flavor and very reasonably priced, considering there is no antibiotics, pesticides, hormones, etc. and everything on the menu is 100% organic!

I suggest giving it another try. Their grilled veggies and shakes are heavenly!! :)

Anon: Hmm.. I didn't get any "packed with flavor at all". I certainly did not try the grilled veggies nor the shake. I'll keep those suggestions in mind and revisit O!Burger.

O that's too bad you didn't like it! I'm always excited for organic food too, shame to hear it was bland.

DOD: Yes, major bummer.

I agree with you: flavor was OK, but it cost me & the hubs $25 for a rather ho-hum burger-and-fries lunch. I'd rather spend that money on something else.

Just because it is organic does not mean it is going to have great flavor. Many time it is not as good as non-organic, unfortunatly.

I do not know why people always use the hormone card when talking about meats and poultry. Hormones are not LEGAL. The other stuff you can have issue with. Do not scare people with misinformation.
