Bo Innovation in Hong Kong was awarded two Michelin stars on December 31, 2008. Here's why this excites me:In brief, rocker looking Alvin Leung Jr. is an acoustical engineer and self-taught chef. He cooked on the side which led to working at a restaurant, then owning his own. What is so cool (yeah cool) is that he invented Xtreme Chinese Cuisine, a Chinese molecular gastronomy. Oh yeah, and the resto received two Michelin stars. Nice!
